Since 2019, we have trained at least 30 interns and trainees each year, providing them with valuable knowledge and practical experience
We welcome participants aged 16 to 43, including those re-entering the job market after various life situations.
Our interns come from diverse countries, including Poland, Spain, Morocco, France, Italy, Albania, Ukraine, Belarus, Portugal, and Brazil.
We have created a dedicated portal for them and organized work, tasks, and knowledge transfer effectively.
We teach them how to thrive in a modern company, focusing on project management, utilizing the latest tools, and leveraging artificial intelligence.
We also learn a great deal from them, particularly about collaboration in multicultural teams, diverse perspectives on the world and tasks, and effective communication.
